Damaged lights in Transit
We take every precaution to ensure that your lightbox reaches you in perfect condition. In the unfortunate event that your lightbox arrives with damaged lights due to transit, please follow these steps:

- Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and arrange for a replacement or refund.
